Welcome to BLP Research LLC (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.blpresearch.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products offered thereon (the "Products"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or purchasing Products, you ("you," "your," or the "Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any Products.

1Research Use Only

All Products sold on this Site are strictly for laboratory research, scientific investigation, and in vitro testing purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption, medical, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, or household use. The Products are not drugs, food additives, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or approved for any human or veterinary application.

The Products are labeled "For Research Use Only" (RUO) and "Not for Human Consumption." They have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority. No statements on this Site or in product descriptions have been evaluated by the FDA. The Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By purchasing Products, you represent and warrant that:

You are a qualified researcher or institution conducting legitimate scientific research.
You will use the Products solely for lawful research purposes in a controlled laboratory setting.
You will not administer, ingest, inject, or otherwise use the Products in humans or animals.
You assume full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect non-compliance with these representations.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase Products. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and are authorized to make the purchase.

3Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay the price displayed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except as described in Section 6.

4Payment

Payment is due before an order ships, using one of the methods on our Payment Process page (Pay by bank, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, or cash at pickup). Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Pay by bank. When you pay by bank, you authorize Gulf Management Systems, Inc., the payment processor for BLP Research LLC, to make a one-time ACH debit from the bank account you enter, for the order amount shown, and any credit entries needed to correct or refund it. You confirm that you own or may authorize payments from that account. The debit appears on your bank statement from Gulf Management Systems. A bank payment counts as received once it clears, usually in 2 to 3 business days. If you have ordered from us before, an order going to an address we have shipped your orders to before (or picked up at our location) ships right away; a first order, or an order going to a new address, ships once the payment clears. If your bank returns the payment, the order is unpaid and may be canceled. Gulf Management Systems checks the account with your bank before any payment and keeps it; BLP Research never keeps your full account number, only its last 4 digits, even if you save the account for future payments. You can remove a saved account anytime on the Pay by bank page.

5Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Certain restrictions may apply based on destination.
Local pickup in Naples, FL is available at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays.

6Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the Products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted except in cases of shipping errors or damaged goods upon arrival (reported within 7 days with photographic evidence).

7Product Information and Purity

Each batch is tested by a US-based laboratory to verify quality, purity, and specifications for research purposes.
We do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose. Variations in batches may occur.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose.
Make false representations about intended use.
Resell Products without explicit written permission.

10Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RELEVANT ORDER.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Products, or violation of laws.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.

13Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
